I never tried a green smoothie before I tried making them myself, and I wasn’t sure if I would like them. I have to say that now I’m addicted to them and this smoothie is one of the reasons why. This is such a YUMMY smoothie and it blends up smooth and sweet. You’d never know there are veggies in it – try giving one to your kids!
Green smoothies are a great way to get more fruit and vegetables into your diet – especially if you don’t normally eat them with your meals. This smoothie is rich with vitamins, antioxidants and fiber.

Orange Strawberry Green Smoothie
For extra fiber add 1 tbsp chia seeds.
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
