For me, there aren’t many flavor or scent combinations that beat cinnamon and pears, and this cinnamon pear smoothie is the perfect blend. The combination brings back childhood memories of warm pears with cinnamon sprinkled on them.
Even though this is a cold smoothie it still has that warm-you-up effect.
In addition to making you feel warm inside, the cinnamon in this smoothie has anti-inflammatory benefits and can help regulate your blood sugar. Pears are also anti-inflammatory, are a great source of antioxidants and have many other health benefits.

Cinnamon Pear Smoothie
For extra fiber add 1 tbsp chia seeds.
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
