Cherries are loaded with potassium, which reduces blood pressure. One cup of cherries has about the same amount of potassium as a small banana. They also contain powerful antioxidants like anthocyanins and cyanidin, and contain many anti-inflammatory compounds.
One quirky fact about cherries is they are one of the few natural foods that have melatonin, a hormone that can make us sleepy. Studies have found that drinking an ounce of tart cheery juice in the morning and evening resulted in a more sound sleep.
Chocolate has been shown to reduce the risk of stroke and can boost heart health. Dark chocolate can actually help you to lose weight (yes, that’s right!). It is rich in fiber and can help to fill you up and keep you full for longer – so you eat less.

For extra fiber add 1 tbsp chia seeds
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
