Pear is my go-to flavor when I want a smoothie that I just know I’ll enjoy. This banana and pear smoothie is no exception. It’s quick and easy to make and is very satisfying.
Pears and bananas aid in digestion and the fiber in them helps you feel fuller longer, helping with weight management and maintaining blood sugar levels. Bananas are high in potassium, which is an essential mineral for maintaining blood pressure and heart function. They are also excellent at helping to keep energy levels steady and helping to prevent muscle cramps. Pears contain a good amount of vitamin C and antioxidants, and are low in calories with only 58 calories each 100 grams.

Banana and Pear Smoothie
For extra fiber add 1 tbsp chia seeds.
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
