A simple and refreshing smoothie, this apple banana smoothie is a delightful pick-me-up. With a touch of cinnamon, the flavor brings back memories of when my mom would sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on sliced apples as a way to get me to eat them. Like most kids, I didn’t like fruits and vegetables. Things sure have changed for me!

Apple Banana Smoothie
For even more fiber, add 1 tbsp chia seeds.
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
